What size mask should I buy?
Our adult mask LARGE was designed to fit men while SMALL was designed to fit women.
However, if you are a male that likes your mask to cover less of your entire face and want the mask to be over your nose and mouth only, like an N95 mask, then SMALL might be better for you.
And, vice versa, if you are a female that likes your mask to cover all of your face extending to the ear, then LARGE might also work for you.
What is the recommended age range for the kids mask?
The kids mask is actually the same size as Adult SMALL. Recommended minimum age is 4 years old. We have tested and 4 years old kids were able to comfortably wear the Epion double mask all day. It may look a bit big on them but kids did not have any discomfort wearing them during our testing.
Is the mask washable?
Yes, you can wash the up to 50 times. The outer copper mask can be machine-washed but the inner nano mask must be hand-washed.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from two locations. New York and New Jersey.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of the product, we are currently NOT accepting returns but if there are any issues with the product we will gladly send you a replacement for you.
